This is a practical, hands on TeachMeet to share creative ways of using and making films in the classroom.
Film is a powerful, creative learning tool, lets get together and share what we do with it.
4.30pm – 5.30pm: Sharing the learning (with tea and cake of course!)
You can sign up to share your own experiences of using film in the classroom or short films that you have made (maximum 7 minute slot per person) or just come along to listen.
5.30pm – 6.30pm: Hands on making
Opportunity to play and try out some film making techniques on the iPad and explore other useful film resources, talk some more and finish off that lovely cake!
This session will also introduce you to the Big County Small Films project and will be an opportunity to find out how to get involved and submit a film to the competition. You can find out more about this project here Big County Small Films

I have not entered the competition before but have used stop motion animation projects as part of learning with P3 and P4 classes.
